Sarah sadly lost her battle in the early

hours of Monday 25th October aged just 41, she put up a very brave fight right until the end

Neil gave up his job to care for Sarah and she has left 3 gorgeous boys behind

Let’s all club together to give Sarah the send off she deserves, a final day for her family and friends to remember the lovely person she was.

You may have gone from our sight but you will certainly not be forgotten, until we meet again Sarah SLEEP TIGHT XXX
