Let's give back --Val+Diana Johnson

Val Johnson has always been the kind of person you can count on, whether for a helping hand, a boost of confidence, or when you needed a good laugh. He gave many years to the students of Madison High in Rexburg as their drama director, putting on exquisite shows. When he was asked to stop teaching he was left with no retirement benefits and has since worked other jobs, most recently as a bus driver for Salt Lake Express, and the Walmart shuttle. He was also offering service as a missionary for the pathways program, and regularly filled his spare time with family history. Last week Val suffered a massive stroke that caused damage to 20% of his brain, and he was placed in the ICU at EIRMC. Every day has ups and downs. We aren't really certain what lay ahead, and we continue to pray for the best. We know there are many lives he has guided, helped or touched through the years, and now it's our turn to give back. Please help to relieve some additional stress or worry the family has yet to come.
