Let’s give back to Betty

I’m Mike LoCascio. I attended New York Military Academy and graduated in 04’. Anyone who also attended NYMA knows very well who Betty was. She was our banker and a dedicated staff member. To me and others she was much more. Trials and tribulations started becoming overbearing for our freind even back then following the loss of her Husband, daughter Beth Ann, then mother, not to mention the closing of our Alma Mater. She decided to move to VA with her daughter Vada and mother but things were difficult for her there as well. She moved back to NY since and has been struggling to get by in a small apartment with her daughter and granddaughter to make ends meet. When I heard this my heart broke and I felt obliged to help. So now I’m asking anyone who knew her and how wonderful of a woman she was to also help. They say God gives his toughest challenges to his strongest people but just sometimes the way needs to be paved by his angels, and that’s us. Thank you for any help you can afford.
