Hey Guys!
As a lot of you know, I have decided to begin the journey of becoming a Barber. As I have been getting all of the proper documents together, I have ran into a road block. My financial aid was denied, because I already have a Bachelors Degree from WVSU. I did not know you can't receive financial assistance for post Secondary Education, if you have a Bachelors Degree, unless you are going to grad school.
So, I have tried applying for personal loans, and where I have been a stay at home artist dad with Henry the past 2 years. The lenders aren't really wanting to lend me any money.
So here it is, January 10th. And I am needing $2950 by January 19th to even start the program. Then the rest of the program will cost me $4000 more. I know I seem impatient, but I have been working to get my loans out of default for the passed year , just for them to tell me i don't qualify haha. It has been one thing after another. So I am reaching out for help.
I will always be an Artist, but I want more for my family. And being a Barber is a connection with the community that I am looking for. This feels like the perfect career path for me. So let's make this happen yall!!
