Hello all! My uncle, David Tucker, one of the most badass people I know, is a well known and loved machine fabricator and monster truck driver here in Springfield. 
He has been building machines that move basically his whole life.
It's what he loves to do, and has touched the hearts of 1000s of people, young and old with his hobby, and has been an inspiration to so many in the sport. Honestly, he could probably live happily in a big ol garage and a bunch of cool truck parts and nothing else. Well, on August 19th, he, his girlfriend Emily, and their good friend Knight were on the way to a monster truck show in Bishop, CA with his truck, TMAXXX, and his Batcamper/hauler. They were along the highway in the mountains outside of Reno, Nevada when the brakes failed and they rolled down into the ravine. My uncle lost basically everything he needs to work, haul his toys, and get to and from shows. The crane to lift tires/engines is destroyed, there used to be a camper on the back of the black truck, but you can't even tell anymore.
He still has equipment in Nevada that needs to get brought back home, as this is his main source of income, but it isn't going to be easy or cheap, because we can't just rent a uhaul and pack it up. Heavy equipment was needed to hoist up his truck, TMAXXX, which mostly (thankfully) looks salvageable!
David is mostly uninjured with a few bumps and bruises, as well as Knight. Emily is currently in the hospital after being air lifted with 7 broken ribs, several broken vertebrae and her sternum, and still managed to kick out the windshield to get everyone out. She is definitely going to be hurting for a while and out of work, so donations here will not only help bring TMAXXX home, but will help with living expenses for David, Emily, and their 3 boys who live with them. They will definitely be needing the extra love and support as they recover medically, financially, and emotionally from this, and I just want to help make it as easy as possible for them.
