Let's Get Sunny Running Again!
Donation protected
Hello friends and acquaintances
My pal Dian Langlois has hit a rough patch that began with the pandemic. She lost her job when business dropped off, but had just moved into her new home. Struggling to find work and keep up with the newly acquired mortgage, her beautiful girl Sunny began having serious problems with her hind legs and joints. Vet believes Sunny probably was injured before adoption and untreated at the time has worsened as she's grown and become more active. BOTH KNEES require TPLO surgery; we are funding for the "MODERATELY SEVERE" left leg, and hoping the right knee holds out another year before we think about funding that trauma. Without this costly surgery, she will likely become disabled. She's in a lot of pain and under 3 years old! Any funds received over the requested amount with go to the 3 'x-rays', vet analysis and recommendation, bloodwork and medications already on credit card...etc...
(see pictures at the end-she has many different looks. )
For those folks of the Inner Richmond of SF and Golden Gate Park at 8th area, you'll recognize her with the "sunny" disposition, love of anyone in uniforms (she's very much a "pack dog" and recognizes one!) and wearing her Yellow Zia Sun Symbol collar. On many occasions, she has been referred to as the neighborhood therapy dog.
I hope you will join me in lending help to both my friend Dian and her sweet Sunny.
Thank you in advance!
