Let's Fly Skunk to Australia!

Hello friends!

I'm ecstatic to have made the USA Men's National Ultimate Frisbee Team! God is so good! We will be heading to Australia for the World Ultimate Championships (WUC) on Aug 31st - Sept 7th, 2024.

But with that responsibility comes a hefty fee, which is where I am looking to you all for support! Thankfully, I've been blessed with a job, so I feel comfortable handling at least half of the fees, but the total amounts to ~$7,000, so I'm hopeful to receive some assistance to mitigate the cost (breakdown below).

I find frisbee to be so much fun and I would love to share with you guys the stories and events that I will, and have gotten to, experience! If you'd like to hear about what's been happening, feel free to reach out to me and I will gladly chat with you about what it's been like already. I see it as my privilige to bring back my experiences to raise up the Michigan ultimate community around me through all of this! I hope to send out some short video clips that I'll be taking behind the scenes at WUC in Australia (shoutout to my fiance/camerawoman Sam Cerpa), so please send me your email if you are interested in receiving that! (And no need to donate to get this; I am making it anyways, so I find no reason to make it exclusive)

Cost Breakdown:

Housing/Fields/Food - US Training Weekend in Loveland, CO: $300-400

Transportation to US Training Weekends (Colorado and DC): $900

Travel to Windmill + team bid: $1,200-1,300

US Team Coaching and Medical: $800-900

Team Participation Fee and uniforms: $0 (USAU/Spin paid)

WUC Tournament Player Fee: $480

Housing/Fields/Food (Training Camp and Tournament): $1,300

Transportation to/from Gold Coast: $1,500

APPROX. TOTAL: $6,480-$6,780
