**TOP SECRET SNEAKY BIRTHDAY SURPRISE BELOW** PLEASE DO NOT SHARE THIS WITH ROBERT GOODWIN IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM, thanks :)
Hello lovely people!
Robert's birthday is coming up on the 4th May and I had this crazy idea of grouping together and doing something really special for him this year. Please read to the end.
Robert is such a generous person. He seems to have endless energy, never complaining about being tired or how many hours he's spent on his feet. Rob is always running around like crazy at every show trying to get to everyone he can in between riding his own team of horses. BUT he always has a smile for whoever needs one and all the time in the world for the people around him rain, hail or shine.

He loves all of his students and comes home to me from lessons at ridiculous hours but he always comes home with a big grin and wants to tell me enthusiastically all about what you guys have achieved this week and how well you rode, showing me all of the videos and photos he got of everyone jumping. He is SO PROUD of you all!
He truly appreciates all of his students' thank you messages, cards and posts on social media. He shows me every single one saying "Look Milly, look what XXX said, look how well they are going!"
He completely and totally loves what he does and you are all a special part of his life!
To his friends and family, he is never too busy or tired for a laugh, chat or dance, to lend a hand, a shoulder or a bobcat whenever you need one. We love him for his straight forward honesty, dry sense of humour and the bottomless pit of energy that is Robert.

He has been saying to me for a while now, "Wouldn't it be awesome to have a scooter to get around on at shows" and marvels at every single one he sees.
So, for Rob's birthday I decided to get him a scooter to zoom around on at shows. Not only will he have HEAPS of fun, he'll be able to get around to you all so much faster, hopefully with less stress and more time for all of his lovely students!
This pressie would be pretty awesome coming from just me. But to get this present from all of the people who are so important to him would absolutely mean the world (we may even get a tear or two if we're lucky.. Don't worry I'm planning on getting the reveal on camera). But in all seriousness, I think the fact that we are all getting together to do something for him will be more special to Rob than the actual scooter itself. And that is a very special gift we can give.
The scooter I have in mind is the Dragon GTR V2 2400W. The RRP for this scooter is $1,599. Here is a quick video if you're interested: https://youtu.be/J4iz7Krzc5U

If you would like to be part of this special present for Robert, please contribute what you feel comfortable with. Even a small amount will be greatly appreciated. If you would like to, you can donate anonymously. Here is a link to show you how: https://support.gofundme.com/hc/en-us/articles/203687114-Donating-Anonymously-
Please share this Go Fund Me around to any and all of Robert's students. I know we can all pull together and make this happen!!
Whether you make a contribution or not, I would absolutely love it if you could write Rob a birthday card. I would love to see his face when he receives a massive pile of cards on his birthday and I know it will make his day that much more special. I will arrange for card drop-off points at Samford lessons, Burpengary lessons and Toowoomba lessons (at Kirsten's). You are also more than welcome to send birthday cards to me by mail if you can't make it to these places. The address is:
