This is our friend Rethabile Mphafe whom we met in Botswana. Rethabile is part of an organization called Dare to Dream. The focus of Dare to Dream is to encourage young people in Botswana to become more skilled and interested in "STEAME". Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics, and Entrepreneurship. The impact this program has had on young people, and particularly on young women is demonstrable and quantifiable. It is truly life changing.

Rethabile has played an important role in Dare to Dream for years. A young mother in Gabarone, Botswana, "RT" as i call her works diligently to support these young people even though she is a single mom who struggles to make ends meet every day.

First Global is a worldwide organization that also encourages youth to excel in these subjects through the use of competitive robotics. Each year they have a world conference and competition. Rethabile has been selected as a judge and will travel to Panama City later this month to once again put the young people first. She has done some fundraising and has come close to her goal. If you wish to support a worthy cause, and a kind, powerful, and generous young woman, I would ask you to make whatever donation you can to support her.

Thank you,

Jim Carroll
