I’m raising funds for Olamilekan Oloyede, who urgently needs a specialized wheelchair that costs £1,800. This is not just any wheelchair but a life-changing mobility device that will give him back the freedom, independence, and dignity that he deserves.

Mr. Oloyede has been living with spinal cord injury sustained from a ghastly motor accident since year 2020. This condition has made it incredibly difficult for him to move around, carry out daily tasks, or even get outside and experience life. The wheelchair he currently uses is outdated, uncomfortable, and no longer supports his physical needs and this is already posing a health risk.

The wheelchair we are trying to get is custom-made, medically approved, and equipped with the right features to support his condition from posture support to pressure relief and mobility. It will reduce pain, prevent further complications, and most importantly, restore his ability to live more independently.

The money needed is far beyond what we can manage on our own and this is why we’re reaching friends, family, kind-hearted strangers, and anyone willing to help for donations, no matter how small. Every naira makes a difference. Every share of this message helps bring us closer to the goal.
