Let's get Nate a new back

Hi, my name is Taralynn and I am raising funds for my brother in law, Nathan Pauls. As many of you know, Nate has been having back problems his entire adult life. Back in 2012 Nate and Nicole paid out of pocket for a back surgery in Vancouver which only provided temporary relief. Now, Nate has been layed out again, without being able to work for several months already. Nate has exhausted all options in Alberta and Canada in which he was denied surgery. After consulting another physician, Nate does in fact require a 4 level joint fusion on his spine and has been approved for surgery out of country, again having to pay out of pocket. The funds raised will go directly to the surgery, physio required and costs associated with recorvery as well as their flights, and accommodations for their 3 week stay.
