Leandro Miller’s Story of Recovery

Donation protected
Leandro suffered a tragic brain stem aneurysm on January 26, 2021. He was in a coma for three weeks at Mount Carmel East. When he finally came out of the coma, he was unable to speak due to being intubated. Because of the damage to his brain, he had a hard time understanding people talking to him about his condition.   He has since improved so much!  He is now in a skilled rehab facility working on his balance and getting stronger every day. He is a loving father of four and is now able to get visits from them, which helps him tremendously. Due to the fact that he is unable to work during this life altering time, he is hoping to get some help. Any amount that anyone can give will be most appreciated. As he gets closer to being released, he hopes to have a fresh start without the stress of starting  over. He wants to find a home that can accommodate his needs and those of his family.  Thank you so much for reading his story and possibly contributing.
