Sometimes people come into our lives and it feels like we’ve known them forever. Even though you may have met them recently, you can’t help but fall in love with them.

Ca$h, our Texas born & raised newcomer to the Lowcountry Highrollers roller derby team, is that girl. She came in hot to our newbie program in January, but we quickly realized she was blazin’! Ca$h Monstuh is a longtime kickass derby girl from Texas & is just getting back to living her best life in roller derby. We welcomed her into our misfit group at the start of the year & it’s been a true pleasure getting to know her.

At our first scrimmage of the year, Ca$h played like a champ. However, one freak fall was all that was needed to dash her immediate dreams of returning to roller derby. Our beloved Ca$h soon learned she had fractured her ankle & torn several ligaments. Despite this heartbreaking news, she’s staying positive, even in the face of surgery.

PMA unfortunately doesn’t pay the bills…Ca$h is a bartender by trade & won’t be able to work for several weeks while healing. We’re asking for your help in bankrolling Ca$h so she can afford this self-pay surgery & stay afloat while she’s on the mend. We want her to be able to come back to the track even stronger than before!
