Let's get Gerry Campbell AKA Soup back on the road again

Hello there
My name is Gerry (Soup) Campbell. I sustained a spinal cord injury in October last year, the doctors are not sure exactly how but I am now paralysed from the chest down.
I am on a journey to find my new normal. I have spent time in our ladies of Lourdes hospital, Beaumont and now I am in the national rehabilitation hospital since February starting to adjust to my life changing injury and regain my independence in a different way.
I worked all my life in the transport industry and I found my true calling, driving Lorries. Driving was not only a job but a hobby I loved to drive and the friends I got to meet along the way.
I am considering my life beyond the NRH and there will be a lot of changes as I now have equipment needs so I need the equipment as recommended, I need housing adaptations to make my house accessible and I need an accessible vehicle to support my independence and to have an opportunity to drive again.
I will keep you updated on my journey, any bit of help is greatly appreciated
Thanks Gerry.
