Let’s get Fraser back home

My friend has been homeless for a little over a year. He was recently able to acquire a small travel trailer. However, yesterday the trailer was impounded by the city. Today He needs about $600.00 to get it out of impound and get it registered. It was such a bright spot for him. Can you help me get him back in his home?
