For those who don’t know what multi class swimming is. Multi class (MC) swimming provides meaningful competition for swimmers with disability.
Swimming Australia has developed the Multi Class Swimming Engagement Portal to assist swimmers with disability to Get Classified, Get Involved and Get Discovered.
Drake has overcome some massive hurdles over the past 12 months, including recovery from a major knee operation.
Despite all the set backs and recovery and almost ready to call it quits, he reignited the flame and found that passion again!
Training, travelling for carnivals most weekends during the summer season including travelling to Mount Gambier for the SA Country Championships, Drake shows great determination and dedication for his chosen sport.
Leading up to Brisbane Drake will be hitting pool and gym for extensive training, including trips to Adelaide for team trainings! So Drake is prepared and will leave all he has got in the pool at the SA School Sport Championships!
Drake has never competed interstate before and is really excited to be given this opportunity.
We’ve had some amazing locals reaching out wanting to sponsor Drake to help make his debut in Brisbane, we thought it would be a great idea to start a Go Fund me account.
Congratulations Drake!!!
