Let's Get Dj a Go-Kart

My ultimate Goal for getting this kart funding leads towards a much bigger end project. I am hoping to use the knowledge I gain from being a part of karting culture to help inject some more excitement into a karting track I race back home, in Jamaica.

Peter Rae's Karting experience may be known to some but I want it to be known to all. It's an amazing track run and owned by Jamaica's own Peter Rae. 50 years of motorsports excellence! I had the pleasure of meeting him and racing on his track and I want nothing more than to see that place become a central hub for racing in the island.

I've been racing go karts very intensely for the last two years and I'm looking to finally start competing in the next level. I want to put all of this time I've spent in rentals to the ultimate test. With your help I'll be able to take my first steps into the world of club racing and use this as a platform to get into even more exciting and competitive racing events.

Through events I will get more exposure to other drivers, be able to network, and gather as much intel I can to prepare a pitch that I can then take back with me to Jamaica to set my plans in motion.

Once this first hurdle is cleared I'll be taking care of the rest. Storage, maintenance, race preparedness, travel, all will be taken care of by me. I just need a little assistance with what has always been the most difficult component, getting the kart.
