To all those concerned about Dave’s medical issues,

Dave Acton has dedicated over 35 years to building relationships with fellow scouts, alumni, and friends like you. Today, we come to you with a heavy heart as Dave and our family find themselves in need of assistance.

I am Kim Acton, Dave's wife, reaching out to share an update on his condition. On Tuesday, June 13, 2023, Dave underwent a double bypass surgery. While he initially emerged from the surgery within three days, he encountered severe complications during the procedure. As a result, Dave now requires an unforeseen rehabilitation stay lasting anywhere from three to six weeks.

During this challenging recovery period, our utmost priority is ensuring Dave's comfort and well-being. We humbly request your support by making donations towards his recovery expenses that are not covered by insurance. Your generosity will be exclusively used for Dave Acton's rehabilitation needs.
