LETS GET BRENTWOOD SWIMMING CLUB BACK IN THE POOL

After a year nobody could have predicted, Brentwood Swimmimg Club found themselves with firstly no Swimmimg due to lockdown, then unexpectedly, no pool to swim in when the Brentwood Centre closed its doors. We are a local community club supporting over 140 children and adults from Brentwood and the surrounding areas in a vitally important sport. Our swimmers are offered a safe environment to learn essential life skills and often go to compete at the highest level - all while feeling part of the BSC family. With the (brief) reopening of the centre in between lockdowns, under a new operator, we find ourselves with a financial shortfall which is proving to be a huge hurdle to reopening and keeping our members in the water. If there are any local business that would be in a position to help us at all, even with a small donation, we would love to be hear from you. If we can get our members back in the water it would be the best gift for the New Year. We would of course acknowledge any help in any press coverage and newsletters to members. Swimming clubs across the country have been devastated by the effects of the pandemic. If you are able to help in any way we would be so grateful.
