WOW…what an amazing wrestling season it’s been- both Junior season & off season

* 2025 CAUSAW National Junior Dual team

* 2025 SDIKWA Association Dual team

 

Junior season has been nothing short of incredible, exhausting, exciting, nerve wracking, grueling and FUN, there’s been lots of highs and few lows, filled with immense pride and a few heartbreaks- But in true Ames fashion he sets the highest goals, determined to reach them and to him it’s all worth it. 

 

Once regular season ends off season picks up right away, sights are shifted and there are new goals to reach.

 

Ames traveled to western regionals, NHSCA, Freestyle state, Greco State & the US open, once again in hopes to qualify for the 2025 USA Wrestling Nationals in Fargo, North Dakota. He’s had a great showing in a new weight class- Punching his ticket to Fargo in both styles of wrestling.

 

what does that mean? He is now a part of the California state team for this event- a huge accomplishment.

 

He will get to wrestle against some of the best kids in the country at the FARGO DOME.

 

Ames is more determined than ever and has his sights set on becoming Fargo All American & National champion.

For the last year Ames has spent countless hours in the wrestling room learning from every single coach and teammate, in the gym or garage with Mike focusing on strength & conditioning/ mindset , watches countless videos studying and fine tuning things.

 

This is a 10 day event and will be such an amazing experience and opportunity for him. With that being said - he earned his spot now we just have to get him there.

 

All donations will cover travel/registration fees /uniform package /housing/ food & transportation.

 

The kids will be staying in the dorms at North Dakota State University!

 

As you all know Ames works incredibly hard and puts his heart and soul into anything he does. He gives 110% and leaves it all on the mat. He’s dedicated and determined and is so thankful for this opportunity to wrestle!!!
