Lets fund Mike LaDuca's Memorial

Mike LaDuca has been a General Foreman many times in his career, but none save his closest friends would have ever known it. Mike didn't need a title for people to follow him. Anyone humble and patient enough to crave the wisdom of the living textbook of carpentry, kindness, and generosity which I'm privileged to call my friend eagerly set aside important tasks to studiously absorb the knowledge which Mike so proudly shared. Those feeble minded enough to be vexed by his elaborate explanations may be doomed to bewilderment, pitiably too obstinate to barter a few moments for the priviledge of wisdom so freely offered. My condolences to those who never realized that Mike had forgotten more about carpentry than they would ever learn. His most noble moments were spent in conversation with younger people; imparting lessons learned from his successes and unabashedly his mistakes. We honor his legacy now with donations to fund his memorial. All that he is lives on in the generations who will pass on his torch.
