Now is your chance to finally get rid of Keith and his terrible jokes! Sherrie and I have decided to jump into the next chapter of our lives and move to Arizona! Although Sherrie is a great planner and has our move all figured out, I am foreseeing a low budget remake of ‘planes, trains and automobiles’. It occurred to me that packing up all of our worldly possessions and driving three vehicles 2,500 miles across country over 5 days…is expensive. So, having no shame, I’m asking if any or all of my friends would kick in a few bucks for gas, lodging and food to help get us there. Don’t feel obligated, as I’m sure we’ll be fine working as share croppers for gas money, sleeping under highway bridges and eating condiments from the chic fil a ‘buffet’ that they often leave unguarded. If you’ve ever had to endure my horrible dad jokes, just think that for every $10 you donate, my car can get about 100 miles away from here! Who wouldn’t want to pay for some peace and quiet like that? Sherrie and I (and our horde of indentured servants who have kindly volunteered to help us) will be leaving New England on Saturday 10-25. Unless, of course, nobody contributes. In which case, the jokes will continue - with no new material. Same jokes, same eye rolls, same headaches! Don’t subject yourself to that!
