In September 2023, our beloved Heather Morehead received the devastating news that she had been diagnosed with stage 4 Endometrial Cancer. Despite her strength and resilience, the cancer metastasized, leading her to endure a grueling year of chemotherapy and various treatments. Today, Heather is at home under hospice care, surrounded by the love of her family.

Heather’s daughters are traveling five hours from Chattanooga to Kentucky multiple times a week to care for her and spend precious moments together. The emotional toll of this journey is immense, and Heather’s biggest concern is the burden her illness places on her children. She worries about how they will cope without her support.
