Let's Do It For Manny!

Our friend, Emanuel (Manny) Teixeira of Taunton, is facing serious health challenges, having been diagnosed with end-stage liver failure and hepatorenal syndrome. He is currently hospitalized in critical condition and awaiting a liver transplant at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA. Manny’s medical diagnosis is devastating. The intention of setting up this GoFundMe is to help ease the financial burden on Manny’s wife, Katie, and their two children, Isabella (age 10) and Xavier (age 8).

In addition to being a proud husband and father, Manny is a Mental Health worker for the Department of Mental Health in Taunton, MA. He is a longtime resident of Taunton and graduated from Bridgewater-Raynham Regional High School and Bridgewater State College.

Manny’s wife, Katie, is a longtime teacher for Berkley Public Schools.
