Dear All,

The Banks Crossing Cat Project has spayed/neutered 158 feral cats living in the business area at the intersection of I-85 and Hwy 441 as of March 2026. Commerce Veterinary Hospital started this initiative and secured funding for 100 cats in July 2024. Those funds were depleted early in 2025. Thanks to you, our generous donors, we were able to spay/neuter and rabies vaccinate additional cats.

The 'cat trappers', Allyson, Autumn and Michaela are kindly asking for your help regarding the purchase of SpayGeorgia.org spay/neuter certificates to get the last cats of Banks Crossing fixed. It is $60-70.- per certificate/cat. Please consider supporting this cause.

We are a very small group of volunteers and have no not-for-profit, tax-exempt status. But we promise to account for every single dollar donated to this project, and we will keep you in the loop as we go.

Banks county has no support system for feral cats at this point.
