Hello! I am Lacey, Welfare Officer for Bristol A Cappella!
Bristol A Cappella is an award-winning mixed barbershop chorus of around thirty members who love to sing close harmony a cappella! We are a diverse, inclusive and fun group who have had an incredibly busy two years following winning gold at the British Association of Barbershop Singers (BABS) in May 2023, celebrating our tenth anniversary in October 2023, performing three sets as champions at BABS May 2024, representing the UK at the European Barbershop Championships in Sweden and winning bronze at BABS in May 2025!
We are so excited to have been invited to represent BABS at an international level for a second time, this time in the World Championships for Barbershop March 2026! But we need your help to get there!
We are fundraising to support our members to access high quality musical education through professional coaching to allow us to compete at our absolute best on the international stage. Donations will also allow us to support members with travel and accommodation costs so that finances are not a barrier for anyone attending.
