Hi everyone, my name is Shervin, and something happened that really stayed with me. My wife and I were at Costco when an older gentleman named Miguel came up and asked if he could help load our car. We stopped and talked with him, and he shared that he and his family had recently been homeless, but “praise the Lord,” they were given hotel vouchers and temporary shelter. He told us he’s doing what he can to make a little money by helping people with groceries and trusting God to take care of the rest. My heart couldn’t let this go, so I started a GoFundMe to help Miguel, his wife, and their two kids get back on their feet with some stability, food, and hope while they keep trusting God for what’s next.
