Internet meet Dougie.

Dougie is a 10-year-old who recently lost his dad and grandmother. Our goal was to surprise Dougie with his dream day at an NBA game, as his dream is to be a basketball star. However, we found out that he was unable to go because his family members don't have a working passport (as he lives in Canada and the game was in Detroit, MI).

Instead of being upset with the situation, Dougie tried to give the money, basketball net, and basketball back to me -- saying, "someone else could use it too". I don't know about you, but I don't know if I could be that great of a human in this sad of a situation.

As Dougie was kind today, let's reward his gesture and pay it forward and surprise him and his mom, Kyra MacNeille, with this crowdfund. 100% of the funds raised will go directly to Dougie's family's expenses (rent, groceries, etc.,) and help make their life easier. Be kind and love always.
