We are raising money to reignite the music department at Muddy Creek Charter School. It has been well documented that music education has a strong impact on children's intellectual, social-emotional, motor, language, and personal development. It helps with nervous system regulation and most importantly, brings joy.

Muddy Creek is the only elementary school in Corvallis without regular music education - and we aim to change that! We are raising funds to be able to hire a professional music teacher to teach all grades, kindergarten - fifth grade, twice a week, during the school day, so that ALL kids can benefit. Donations will go directly to teacher's salary, purchase of instruments and materials, and if possible, a new classroom, as space is limited in our cozy school. Any donation will help make an impact.
