Let’s bring Milagros back home!

Hey guys my name is Luis Rosario. I’m making this fundraiser for my mother Milagros Rosario. She is currently in the Dominican Republic and has been there for over two months, battling for her life. She had surgery and underwent a numerous amount of complications. She contracted an infection in her wounds. Due to the infection they haven’t been able to close her up. My mother has been in a hospital bed for over two months with open wounds and blood levels dropping. She has had 4 blood transfusions and is under some heavy antibiotics and pain medications. She’s also had 4 surgeries after the first one where they clean the wounds and attempt to close little by little. Due to the fact that this happened out of the country her insurance doesn’t not cover her what’s so ever. The hospital bills are in the 2 million+ Dominican pesos which is upwards of 40,000 USD, and they’re still estimating it would take about another month and a half to two months for her to be fully recovered and able to fly back to the states and regain her life back. I have flown out myself to be able to care for her. Being that she can’t even walk, eat, bathe, or even use the bathroom on her own. I know times are tough and we are all going through something of our own, but if you find it in your hearts to be able to contribute to my family it would be deeply appreciated. Anything helps, no amount is too small, no share, or prayer will be in vain. We just want this nightmare to be over and be able to go back to our regular lives.
