Hi, we’re Pia and Julia, and we’d love to support Mariel (the only girl in her town who has been invited to compete in an international surf competition in Mexico) to give her the chance to be able to attend the competition.

Pia met Mariel during her trip to the Philippines (Siargao) and was soo amazed by her talent. Earlier this year, Pia already personally covered her flights so she could compete at Surf Fest in San Vicente, Palawan, this January, which she will now be able participate.✨

Now Mariel has been invited to compete overseas. Since it costs a lot to fly from the Philippines to Mexico, she would need to cancel the invitation. We’d love to pay for her flights so she would be able to actually attend. With our help, we could support a longboard surfer who is already outperforming all the boys (even all her cousins) in her town and bring her closer to her dream of being an international pro-surfer. ahhhh‍

The competition is Mexi Log Fest, taking place in Mexico from May 2–9, 2026.
