On July 5, 2018 Uncle Gordy went home to be with his Lord & Savior and to be reunited with his beloved wife Aunt Lorna.  Just last week he was able to do his 2 favorite things, be around his family (at the annual family reunion) and to go on one last family camping trip. Uncle Gordy was a devoted Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, Brother and Uncle. 

Most of us have been encouraged, blessed, exhorted and loved on during our life by Uncle Gordy. I would like to encourage  us to do the   same thing for his family during this difficult time.

Would you please consider doing any or all of the following: 

Pray  - Its never easy losing a loved one. Pray for Gods perfect peace during this difficult time.
1 Thessalonians 5:17 -  Pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you

Support: The Hardin family will need people to be there to support them. Be there to talk with them, listen to them, help them with whatever they may need
Hebrews 13:16 - And do not forget to do good and to share with   
others for with such sacrifices God is pleased

Financial Support: This is not something that the family has asked for. God has laid it on the heart of a few people to come alongside The Hardin family during this difficult time to help them financially as it can be financially difficult when someone passes away unexpectedly 
1 Corinthians 6:14 - Let all that you do be done in love.

I'm asking that you would pray and see how God would want to use you to bless the Hardin Family. All of the funds that will be donated will go to cover the costs associated with the passing of Uncle Gordy.  Whatever you can do, I am positive that the family will be GRATEFUL.
