Roxanne lost her father a few years back. He was murdered by a gang member of ms13.
Today she dreams of being a teacher someday. With your help we are going to build her a new home and a micro business for her grandma (chickens) the foundation will buy her eggs. Her current home is along a cliff side that is very dangerous when it rains due to mudslides.
Despite this unimaginable loss, Roxane still dreams of becoming a teacher so she can uplift and educate the next generation in her community.
But her current reality is far from safe. Roxane and her grandmother live in a fragile home built along a steep cliffside — one that becomes dangerously unstable every time it rains, threatening mudslides that could wipe away everything.
Here’s how we’re going to help — with YOUR support:

• Set up a micro-business for her grandma to raise chickens — we’ll even buy the eggs to support her long-term!
• Use any extra donations to build more homes for other families in the community and work toward purchasing a school bus so children like Roxane can get to school safely and consistently.

Where Your Donations Go:
We’re raising $35,000 to help Roxane and her grandmother rebuild their lives with dignity, safety, and purpose. Here’s how your support will be used:
1. Build Roxane a Safe Home – $25,000
Roxane currently lives on the edge of a dangerous cliffside, at constant risk of mudslides. These funds will construct a safe, weatherproof, and long-lasting home using local materials and skilled labor. This includes land preparation, foundation, roofing, secure walls, electrical, and plumbing.
2. Launch a Chicken Micro-Business for Her Grandmother – $5,000
We’ll build a chicken coop, provide starter hens and feed, and help her grandmother create a self-sustaining income stream. Our foundation will also buy eggs regularly, ensuring reliable income and food security.
️ 3. Local Labor, Tools & Contingency Fund – $5,000
Covers fair wages for workers, transport of materials, tools, and a buffer for any unexpected construction costs.
