My friend Rhonda Bowles had Leiomyosarcoma back in 2017.  Many prayers were said and a miracle was performed by God! Rhonda received her healing! Fast forward to 2021 and the Leiomyosarcoma has reared it's ugly head again.  Besides trying to deal with the news of the return of the sarcoma and treatment plan, she has many scans, Dr. appointments, etc. and will be starting chemotherapy soon. Not to mention medical bills, on top of medical bills and on and on. She has a lot on her plate. I asked her permission to start this fundraiser and she gave me the ok but she said she herself would not start the fundraiser. I told her that I know that she wouldn't BUT I knew she would for others so here I am doing this for her as a small token of our friendship.  She is a Registered Respiratory Therapist @ Ballad Health-Holston Valley Hospital and has been for over 14 years. She is a true friend to all and is family to us in the Lung Center at Holston Valley. She has a wonderful family of her own outside of work who she loves with all her heart. Let's ease some of the worry for her during this difficult time by donating  some $$$ to her to use on this journey. Rhonda is a woman of faith. Let's all pray for a miracle once again in 2021 just as God did a miracle for her in 2017! He did it then and He can do it again!  Matthew 19:26 But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible, but with God, all things are possible. May Rhonda be blessed and healed in the name of Jesus!

Sometimes words are hard to get out! Emotions have been high within my family the past few weeks. We recently found out that my cancer is back and is in my lungs. I do not have lung cancer..I have Leiomyosarcoma in my lungs. The same cancer as before has metastasized and is Stage 4. I’ll be starting chemo soon. Please keep my family in your prayers! We do not know what the futures holds for us but definitely know WHO holds our future! Our faith and trust in Christ Jesus is strong and we will praise Him through this storm! I know that with Jesus I am never alone in this journey! And when I can’t go any further He will carry me through! I’m a winner either way!!
