Dear Friends, Blackberry Smoke Brothers and Sisters, The Preacher Stone Congregation, and Compassionate Supporters,

We are reaching out to you on behalf of our Dear Friends Tina and Lloyd Thiry, who were involved in a serious motorcycle accident on May 17th, 2025, while on the Blackberry Smoke Memorial Ride for Brit Turner. Both of them face a long road to recovery, and the financial burden is overwhelming.

They are known for being 1st one out the door when anyone needs help. Now the tables have turned.

Tina unfortunately, does not have insurance, and the costs of her medical care are staggering. The helicopter ride alone is an enormous expense, along with the need for a wheelchair and other essential medical equipment, as does Lloyd. Although Lloyd does have insurance, he is the sole financial provider, and will not be able to work for quite some time. The combined expenses for both of them will be immense.

We want to rally around them, and provide the support they desperately need during this unexpected accident. Every contribution will help ease their financial strain, and allow them to focus solely on healing.
