Hello friends. I am compelled to post this GoFundMe for our dear friend, Carolyn Collins. She is in a dire situation that requires immediate attention. She owes her HOA and they are foreclosing on her home.

So I am extending her GFM timeframe indefinitely for now. They also unexpectedly added over $3,000 in new penalties & fees to her already $7,000 bill.

A home she bought and paid for in full and in cash years ago. She is hoping to raise enough to stave them off long enough for her to at least find a buyer and a place to rent. It would be terrible to lose a paid for home over past due fees and fines amounting to 10 to 12K.

Since her car accident and resulting traumatic brain injury a few years ago, even the simplest tasks and forms have become complex, including building a GoFundMe page.

This is a vibrant, smart woman who owned her own art gallery and was very accomplished in so many ways, as you can see from her photos.

She is still her usual bright, positive self, but the worry and fear of homelessness has her unable to sleep. I do not know how she keeps her smile, her positivity and caring for others during all this. She is amazing. But you can see from the photos how much the accident has changed her.

"I'm embarrassed to admit this, but... My large 2-story condo (that I purchased WITH CASH in 2016) is scheduled for foreclosure in a few weeks. I can't find a job anywhere, due to my brain injury.

I was also robbed 2 years ago and lost all insurance accounts, medical, my I.D., passport, etc. Since then, my only source of income has come from donating plasma twice a week. They reward me via my BioLife card, but it can't be deposited to any bank. It can only be used to purchase gas, groceries, and pay my Walmart prepaid phone.

No idea where I'll end up (can't afford the $7,000+ past HOA dues over the past year since the robbery and bank theft 2 years ago).

Our HOA's attorney filed a lien on my condo a couple of weeks ago.

I thank God I'm ALIVE (for now), but I have no way to raise enough $$$$ to keep from losing my $200,000+ condo.

And I don't have enough $$$ to PACK or MOVE or RENT a place to move into.

My ADHD has escalated since I received the foreclosure notice.
