Let's all help out my friend and coworker Jerry

On behalf of family, friends, and coworkers, I would like to try and help a fellow coworker and friend of mine, Jerry Jones. In 2019, Jerry came to work and told me that his wife (Vanessa) of 23 years had been diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer. At that moment, I had no idea what to say to Jerry. Jerry is the most selfless and caring person; I had ever met. As a fellow coworker and friend, I supported him as best as I could. Vanessa fought that cancer and went into remission. Fast forward to November of 2021. Jerry came to work and had the worst possible news. Vanessa had a checkup, and the cancer was back, only this time it was in her lymph notes and spread to her upper body. Jerry and Vanessa consulted doctors on treatment and again bad news. Jerry and Vanessa were told there is no possible treatment to help. Once Jerry told the news about his wife, the only thing I could think of was “I don’t know what to say to him”. I would like to tell you, I have spoken to many friends and coworkers of Jerry and many of them had to say this, “Jerry is one of a kind. He is a great employee. He always works extra days and is never late. He is always an hour early for his shift. He never thinks of himself. He is a member of the VFW Motorcycle Riders post 1969 , where he organizes benefits for others. He organizes “Christmas with a Cop” and many other events. He is always thinking of someone else”. Jerry is going to need support. I am asking if anyone could give to Jerry and his family, as they are about to face one of the most difficult times in their lives. Jerry will need help financially with arrangements, bills, and caring for his wife until the end days. I know medical expenses will be ongoing for Jerry. Jerry and Vanessa are not the type to ask for help, and right now I would like to ease the worry about money and finances. I am hoping, we all can help them. You will not find better people in this world as Jerry and Vanessa. As a friend and coworker, I want Jerry to go spend the remaining time with his wife and family. Jerry and Vanessa have 4 children and 11 grandchildren. I know this has taken such a toll on Jerry; I cannot even begin to imagine what is going through both their heads. Please pray for their family and if you can, please give a little to someone that always gives to others. I am very fortunate to call Jerry my friend and coworker.
