Let's all help Mike Vernon!

Hey there. My name is Yvette Houseman and I wanted to raise funds to help pay Mike Vernon's medical bills. Mike had his first brain tumor removed 2 years ago. He had all the treatments and, of course, had more surgeries for more tumors. Through it all, Mike has been fighting and trying to enjoy life. In November, the tumor grew back, and they had to go to Arizona to try to get into a clinical trial because the doctors here couldn't operate. Arizona was able to remove most of the tumor, but he didn't qualify for the trial. The tumor is a nasty one, and it's growing back. They came back home, but the tumors are growing again. Unfortunately, the doctors can only do so much, and there's not much more they can do.

Anyone who knows Mike knows that he's never met a stranger. He will stop and talk with everyone. He is loved by so many people and is truly one of the nicest people I have ever known.

The medical bills have been rolling in, and any help would be greatly appreciated. His insurance has helped some, but it doesn't cover it all.
