As many of you are aware during his family celebrations Kane and his family have been hit by the horrible news of being diagnosed with a rare blood disease and he has begun chemotherapy to fight it.

I can tell you after spending a year of my life in hospital that the support is

just not there, you basically drain all your savings if you have any and combined with the stress of having to fight a truly life threatening illness is a nightmare to family and friends.

We all know how much a good man Kane is to his family especially his kids who must be really hurting in this time.
