My name is Julie, and I am the oldest daughter of the beautiful and loving Leticia Pearson, who unexpectedly passed away on Wednesday, September 10th.

I am creating this GoFundMe on behalf of my siblings and family. It’s hard to put into words the depth of this pain—never in our wildest dreams did we imagine losing our youngest brother, and just a few months later, our mother. The hurt we are experiencing right now is beyond anything we could have prepared for, and our hearts are broken.

Leticia was a woman of extraordinary strength, grace, and selflessness. She was always putting others before herself, forgiving those who had hurt her, and facing life’s challenges with unmatched resilience. Though life was far from easy, she carried herself with a smile and continued to push forward. She was truly the embodiment of love and grace.

As we cope with her loss, we are committed to honoring her memory with the beautiful send-off she deserves. Leticia was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, and wife. She was a beautiful woman—inside and out—who touched the lives of so many. We want to ensure that her funeral services reflect just how special she was to us all.

However, the burden of funeral expenses has become overwhelming, especially after the passing of my sibling so recently. We are reaching out to our community for support to help us cover these costs during this incredibly difficult time. The funeral home is asking that we have the service paid in full by the funeral service date, which is Friday October 3, 2025.
