It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of my mother, Letecia Tolentino. She was a cherished person who wholeheartedly dedicated her life to raising her children and grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She’s been in and out of the hospital multiple times—4x this year. Despite our family’s best efforts for her to stay with us longer, the physical, emotional, and mental strain of dealing with her medical condition took a toll on her, and she finally succumbed to her illness on October 1, 2025. The treatment she went through all these times carried significant costs and quickly led to overwhelming expenses beyond our family’s capabilities. It is also extremely painful for me as I am not able to be there with her during her last moment as I already used up all my reserved time off during my own medical challenges few

As we navigate this challenging time, we are faced with the tremendous financial cost of her medical bills, end-of-life expenses such as funeral and cremation costs.
