Center for Movement Arts is a center, indeed!
It is a center for dance excellence, for sure. But it is also a center for learning, a center for community, and a center for joy that serves all the students and families that walk through the door.
As you know, CMA has been hit hard by the COVID-19 epidemic. Tim and Sherie (and the teaching faculty) immediately did the right thing and shuttered the studio. But that jeopardizes both their livelihood and CMA's ability to serve the next generation of dancers.
Just over half of the $10,000 will go toward April rent, and the rest will cover incidentals, utilities, and payroll for our teachers in April and May.
Let's come together and support CMA. Please give in any amount that you can! It all helps.
