Let's show Cari that we are her village!

As many of you know, one of our sweet friends, Cari has been fighting Stage 4 Metastatic Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma with a BRAf mutation for a while now.
Anyone who knows Cari, knows how strong she is and what a fighter she is. And while the most recent radiation has been successful in reducing the tumor, we still have a long way to go as the radiation has subsequently taken its toll on Cari's body. She's in a tremendous amount of pain and is completely exhausted physically, mentally, and emotionally.
As Cari's frequent hospital stays have increased, she hasn't been able to work, so a once two income family has now unexpectedly become a one income family. As we can all imagine, this just adds a layer of complexity to an already trying time. We may have no control over her treatment or how Cari's feeling physically, but I know we have the power to lessen some financial burden/stress for our friend.
My hope is that we can come together and help alleviate some financial stress so that the family can focus on each other when they're together and not bills or finances.
We all know in our hearts that it takes a village to raise our children and care for our families. I'd like us to show Cari and David, along with their children, Rae 13; and Wyatt 9,that we are her village.
