August 15, 2019, was a day like any other day for Mark. He finished up his day at work and headed home on his motorcycle. Traveling down the same road he'd traveled for years, at the same time, the same speed. And then in just a few minutes, his life was changed drastically by a careless driver. 

Mark is positive and determined as he begins his recovery -- but his financial reality right now is extremely difficult.  The injuries he has suffered are life altering. His hospital bills are mounting and the medical care being offered is limited because the driver who hit him carried only the minimum accident insurance. While his company is hoping to accomodate his needs once he has recovered, he is unable to work right now. 

We, his family, want to try to ease some of his burdens by assisting him with the expenses of his medical bills, the prosthetic he needs, and the added costs to his day to day life.   

We have created this page to give back to Mark all the good will, generosity, and kindness he gives to all of those who know him. If he has touched your life directly or indirectly, please contribute to assist in him in achieving his goals of physical recovery and returning to a life of independence and adventure.  A contribution no matter the amount is a huge help.
