Let's help this Murderino Move!

Donation protected

Kristen has been a staple in our community, and always lends a hand to those in need. Let's band together and help our communal Grammie get into a safer and more stable living situation!

In the middle of this pandemic, Kristen found herself at the end of a toxic marriage when her husband of 25 years demanded a divorce. She is currently dealing with divorce proceedings, but it is taking longer than expected due to a lack of cooperation by her husband. Kristen's living situation continually worsens as he uses psychological and financial manipulation to control her.

One stipulation of selling the house and ultimately finalizing the divorce is finishing the remodel of their home. He is choosing to delay and neglect it, forcing Kristen to live in a half finished house in the meantime.

These funds will be used to secure her a new home so she can continue to care for her 2 year old  grandson, 'Bug'. Please consider donating so we can help Bug's 'Ammie' afford a safe place to live so that she can continue to give him the highest quality of care while his parents are at work.

A message from Kristen:

"I would like to start by saying just how much this means to me. This community, the friends and loved ones I have met have been literal life savers. Many of you know the situation. After 25 years of marriage I have been asked to move on. You know that I have been busy building the new life that is required of this situation. And I have been doing it during a pandemic. This includes working from home and homeschooling a toddler. Trying to keep a sense of normalcy for me and for Bug as best I can. The longer this has dragged on, the more roadblocks seem to get thrown up. I have a court date of January 22nd 2021 which I hope will be the date that the divorce is final and I can start receiving alimony. All funds raised will go to helping me establish a safe, secure and most of all calm space for me and for Bug when I have him, and any potential additional attorney’s fees should they arise. I am eternally grateful for all the support and love that I have received during this difficult time."
