Let's help my uncle! - Legal fund for Jose Wall

My uncle Jose Wall, a man of kindness, integrity, and reliability, has had false allegations made against him as he attempts to divorce his wife and work out a healthy custody situation for his 20 month old baby. He currently does not have the financial means to take on the legal costs to rectify the situation. I am reaching out to hopefully help alleviate some of the costs during this stressful time. BACKGROUND:
My name is Anelly Allmen and I am starting this GoFundMe on behalf of my uncle and godfather Jose Wall.
For those of you who do not know my uncle, he is one of the most selfless, honest, kind hearted, reliable, and caring people you will ever meet. He is the type of person who will ALWAYS show up for others and will do anything to help those that he loves even at the expense of himself.
Jose helped take care of me as a baby, he used to help watch me in the summers after swim practice, he helped me move into my college dorm, helped drive me home from a summer internship in Oregon, and has always been there for all of the big major events in my life. I can honestly say that Jose has helped raise and support me throughout all my years which means that I can speak to the kind of selfless man that he is. Like I said before, he ALWAYS shows up for the people he loves.
When my grandpa was undergoing cancer treatment, my uncle Jose selflessly assumed the role of his father’s caretaker. Taking him to appointments, administering his medicines and helping to take care of him until my grandfather’s eventual passing.
He also used to be a youth group leader for kids at Lifegate church in Milpitas, CA, along with helping out in the youth ministry, after school camps, and summer camps.
Over the past 17 years, he has even helped my Grandma run her roasted peanut business at the San Jose Berryessa Flea Market. Frequently on weekends he can be found packing, roasting, and selling the roasted peanuts alongside my grandmother to the mostly Latin and Asian communities found at the San Jose Berryessa flea market. When he’s not roasting peanuts on the weekend, he can be found working, such as in construction, to help support his family.
Hopefully this background helps paint a picture of the kind of person Jose is and why we need your help!
WHY I NEED YOUR HELP:
Within the last few months, my uncle Jose has been harassed, assaulted, and accused of false allegations. Due to the severity of his situation at home, he chose to leave his home and file for divorce and avoid the situation escalating any further in fear of his safety and well being of his child. He currently does not have the financial means to take on the legal costs to rectify this situation. I am reaching out to hopefully help alleviate some of the legal costs during this stressful time and be able to help him in the same way he has helped me throughout my entire life.
WHERE THE MONEY IS GOING:
All the money raised here will be going straight to Jose to help support him through this ongoing legal process.
