Let's Help Lift the Burden for Barb

On August 13, 2018 our good friend, Barb, was diagnosed with Stage 3 Triple-Positive Breast Cancer. This particular type of cancer is Estrogen, Progesterone and HER2-positive which lends itself to be the second most aggressive form of breast cancer.

I'm sure it's no surprise to anyone that Barb hit this diagnosis head-on and accepted all the ups and downs that this journey entailed. In total, Barb received 16 rounds of chemotherapy, 30 rounds of radiation and a double mastectomy.

None of us really imagine life with cancer until it happens. Until we are forced to face various treatment options--and health care costs. Cancer is incredibly expensive. And while Barb and Paul would never dream of asking for help, we feel it's necessary to ask for support on their behalf because battling cancer is hard enough without having to worry about finances.

So, won't you consider supporting Barb and her amazing family by contributing financially, whether in a modest or momentous way? All funds raised will go to related costs of her cancer treatment.
