Beto is a 29 year old husand and father of a 5 year old girl. He was having stomach discomfort and He went to see a doctor and they recommended an endoscopy. He was hoping it was just a gastritis but unfortunately it was a cancerogenus tumor growing in his stomach and esophagus.
He had surgery to remove his tumor on march 8th 2018, they had to remove his whole stomach and part of his esophagus (total gastrectomy). He was diagnose with stage IV gastric cancer. Now His cancer is spreading all over his body and we are exploring all kind of options for him.
Doctors gave him the option to try inmune therapy but the cost of this treatment is about $7000 every 3 weeks. He is not currently working and it is impossible for him to afford this treatment.
