My kind and loving friend Avy, had an emergency appendectomy a few days ago and is currently recovering at the hospital. She was initially in the ICU due to her appendix bursting and the infection spreading to her other organs. She has since moved to a recovery room (Thank God!)

Avy isn't sure how she will be able to pay her bills since she is a non-salaried worker and living paycheck to paycheck. No work means no money coming in and her recovery is an estimated 3-4 weeks. 

She has two bright, beautiful daughters (ages 8 and 11) and they are everything to her. Until she can get back to work, any funds we raise will go towards them being able to keep up with their expenses and any medical bills that insurance will not cover.
