Let's get Kate to the Triathalon in Lausanne!

Last year Kate Armstrong found out that she had qualified in her age class for the ITU World Triathlon in Lausanne, Switzerland. Very soon after receiving this news Kate was diagnosed with breast cancer. Throughout her treatment and recovery Kate has been motivated to continue her training and see this goal through. Kate Armstrong will be representing Canada and for many of us will represent the friends and family who battle cancer. Kate will be required to cover her expenses and those of family who go to support her. Kate is still recovering from her treatment for breast cancer and it takes great resolve and courage to continue with her training to compete at this level. We hope to raise enough funds to cover Kate’s expenses and those of family members. If excess funds are raised Kate can donate them to a cancer charity of her choice.
